For many centuries, martial arts have not only been used as a tool to teach children self-defense, but also to give them the resources they need for success in life! At Palmetto, your child will learn about setting goals and appreciating the value of respect for others and themselves.

A martial arts program isn’t just a tool for character building, it’s also a great workout! In a society where there seems to be more activities to keep your kids on the couch than off, it’s vital to inject fun fitness activities wherever you can. If it’s time to pull the plug on the electronics, give us a call!

Frequently Asked Questions

A: No. However, there will be daily Taekwondo classes and related activities. Children will also be given dedicated quiet time to do homework, read, play games, and relax. Devotions will also be given frequently throughout the week, teaching biblical values, life lessons and more!

A: Give us a call or come on in! More information is available and our staff is more than happy to help you get started.

A: Yes! All our buses are routinely maintained and are Jacob’s law compliant. We currently offer pick up from East End Elementary, Forest Acres Elementary, Lakes and Bridges Charter School, West End Elementary, and McMissick Academy. More schools to come!

A: Yes. We welcome parent or school drop offs from local schools including Forest Acres, West End, McKissick, Getty’s, Crosswell, and more. Students must be enrolled.

A: We accept students entering 1st – 6th grade.

A: Absolutely. Students who enroll in our afterschool program automatically get the benefits of our regular Taekwondo program with no extra cost!

A: Yes. Kids in our program come from multiple schools and we ensure a Christian environment for kids to engage and make friends without fear of bullying.

A: Yes, provided there are spaces available.
